Art Therapy Job at The Center for Eating Disorders

The Center for Eating Disorders is pleased to announce a full or part time position for a licensed (LCPC) art therapist within our outpatient services. Art therapy is a key element in our program to treat body image issues, and for persons who have difficulty with verbal expression. The Center offers individual art psychotherapy, as well as art therapy groups for persons in treatment for an eating disorder and body image issues, to compliment our outpatient psychiatric and nutritional services. Experience with children, adolescent and adults is necessary as well as knowledge of body image development and eating disorder treatment. Candidate must be registered (ATR) and board certified (BC) with the Art Therapy Credentials Board, and have a Maryland LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors license.
